After 24 years of service including 5 combat deployments, James founded Veterans Forward Foundation, which has helped over 3,000 veterans transition to civilian careers. He personally mentors 50+ veterans annually and raised $2.4M for veteran housing.

Director, First Responder Wellness Initiative

A Navy combat medic turned civilian paramedic, Sarah created the First Responder Wellness Initiative, providing free mental health resources to over 8,000 first responders across 12 states. Her PTSD peer support model has been adopted by 40+ fire departments.

David built 150+ homes for disabled veterans through his nonprofit, personally leading construction crews of veteran volunteers. His 'Build a Home, Build a Life' program has expanded to 22 states and provided housing to families who thought homeownership was impossible.

Robert combined his Coast Guard experience with environmental advocacy, founding Operation Clean Shores. The program employs veterans in coastal conservation, has cleaned 500+ miles of shoreline, and created 200+ green jobs for transitioning service members.
