Full Body — Tactical Conditioning
PT CHALLENGES
MURPH MONTH
Complete the full Murph workout (1 mi run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mi run) with a 20lb vest every week for a month.
500 PUSH-UP CHALLENGE
Complete 500 push-ups in 7 days. Any variation counts — standard, diamond, wide, incline. Track your daily count.
RUCK MARCH SERIES
Complete 3 ruck marches of increasing distance: 4mi, 8mi, and 12mi with a 35lb pack. One per week.
MORNING PT STREAK
Complete at least 20 minutes of physical training before 0700 every day for 30 days. Any activity counts.
FIREFIGHTER COMBAT CHALLENGE
Train the 5 events of the Firefighter Combat Challenge: stair climb, hose hoist, forcible entry, hose advance, and victim rescue.
SWIM QUALIFICATION
Complete a military-style swim qualification: 500m swim, 50m underwater, and treading water for 10 minutes.
